These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Tonks Services LLC. By scheduling, booking, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Tonks Services LLC provides professional residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to roof cleaning, interior and exterior window washing, gutter cleaning, power washing, and other related exterior maintenance services as described on our website and promotional materials.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Weather conditions may require appointments to be rescheduled for the safety of our team and the protection of your property.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing will be provided before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept available payment methods communicated by Tonks Services LLC at the time of booking or service.

Promotional discounts and service-plan discounts apply according to the terms of the applicable offer and while the service plan remains active and in good standing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, customers agree to:

• Provide clear and safe access to all service areas.
• Remove vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, and other obstacles from the work area when possible.
• Secure pets and notify us of any potential hazards.
• Inform us in advance of any delicate, damaged, or fragile surfaces or areas requiring special attention.
• Ensure a working outdoor water source is available unless alternative arrangements have been made.

5. Liability

Tonks Services LLC exercises reasonable care while performing all services. However:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, oxidation, loose paint, cracked concrete, failing mortar, damaged siding, or other structural defects.
• We are not liable for damage resulting from unsafe property conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
• Certain stains, discoloration, oxidation, rust, organic growth, or environmental damage may not be fully removable, and no guarantee is made regarding complete stain removal.
• Customers are responsible for notifying Tonks Services LLC of known property conditions or materials that may require special cleaning procedures before work begins.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the completed service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will inspect the concern and make reasonable efforts to correct any issues related to the quality of our workmanship.

7. Termination

Tonks Services LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if:

• Property conditions present a safety hazard.
• Customers engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
• Required access or utilities are unavailable.
• Circumstances arise that make completion of the service unsafe or impractical.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
